Todd was born and raised in Southern California where he was active in various sports and
activities to name a few: basketball, volleyball, surfing, skating and triathlons. While attending
college and playing volleyball he attained his B.S in Kinesiology: Exercise Science; he met his
wife (Jamie) who played Div. I basketball. They recently moved to Utah with their 2 children
(Cali, Jaron) at the end of 2015. Todd currently spends his spare time with his kids as well as
coaching Club Volleyball (boys & Girls) and High School Girls volleyball.

Cydney is the Client Success Rep for Salt Lake County. She graduated from Utah Valley
University with a Bachelor in Community Health Education and is a Certified Personal Trainer.
Cydney enjoys working in the community informing the public on prevention and how to achieve
wellness. She also has a passion for service and loves volunteering around the state. In her
spare time Cydney enjoys playing outdoors and watching the Real Salt Lake play.

Cydnee is our wellness dashboard admin and has been with VASA Fitness for 8 years. She has always had a love for the mountains and outdoors enjoying hiking, hunting, camping, or riding dirt bikes with her family and friends. She currently live in Santaquin, Utah with her husband, Josh and their son.

Lara has been in the Fitness and Wellness industry since 2007. She graduated from BYU in
Exercise Science with an emphasis in Fitness and Wellness Management. She has had
experience in training for race distances up to a marathon, Olympic triathlon, century bike ride
and a Figure Competition (division of Bodybuilding). She lives what she preaches. Each year
she makes a goal to keep herself motivated in exercise and nutrition. Lara loves her job as a
Wellness Coach and being able to share her knowledge with others and continues to learn.

Kendra is a Michigan-native with a love for outdoor adventures and new, healthy twists on old
recipes. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise
and Wellness and a passion for sharing her knowledge of fitness and nutrition principles in order
to help people of all ages improve the quantity and quality of their years of life. Kendra loves to
set personal goals that help her to be her best, healthiest self. She is a firm believer that anyone
in any situation can make small, sustainable changes that lead to big health benefits.

Lauren graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Exercise and Wellness.
Maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle has always been a priority for her, which has led to
hobbies of snowboarding, hiking, surfing, and basically any adventure that is outdoors. She
loves helping others better their lives through her knowledge of health and wellness, and finds it
so rewarding to see the positive change someone can have when they are committed to
working towards their goals.

Charlotte Gardenhire graduated from Utah State University with degrees in Human Movement
Science, BS, and Corporate Wellness, MS. She is AFAA certified in group fitness, perinatal
fitness, yoga and Pilates on the ball, Barre Vite, and Piloxing. Charlotte loves teaching, sharing
her passion for health with others, and most of all, being a wife and mother.

Whitney has been in the wellness field since 2011. She graduated from Utah Valley University
with a BS degree in Health Education and minor in Community Health. Whitney loves spending
time with her family and doing anything outdoors; hiking, swimming, boating, fishing, camping,
riding dirt bikes and four-wheelers. She enjoys being in the wellness field because she is able
to help others learn a natural way to feel better and develop a plan that works best for them.

Katherine started her lifelong Health and Wellness journey in childhood. She graduated with
Honors in Performing Arts from college and worked with some major international Dance
Companies. After some injuries cut her career short, she moved into the Fitness industry and
has been a certified Master Trainer since 2004. With many certifications and specialties to her
resume, she is most passionate about movement patterns, stretch therapy and lifestyle
management. Her clients happiness and self efficacy is the most important part of her job and
simply loves working one on one with each one.

My passion for health and fitness began with my first nutrition class in high school and has continued ever since. While my Bachelors degree is in nutrition, I have an equivalent passion for fitness and exercise. I love playing all sports and doing anything outdoors. I want to help people find their passion for health through discovering their own healthy lifestyle behaviors that can be maintained through small adjustments to their unhealthy habits.
